The application form for registration and admission is enclosed with the prospectus.
The duly filled application form along with all required documents should reach the college office before the prescribed date.
Incomplete or incorrect applications are liable to be rejected.
The Principal and Management reserve the right to grant or refuse admission.
The Principal and Management also reserve the right to promote existing students to higher classes.
The prescribed admission fee must be paid at the time of admission.
Fees once paid are non-refundable.
Admission is provisional and subject to approval by RGUHS, Board of Examining Authority, and Drug Control Department, Bengaluru.
Submit the following original documents along with 5 sets of photocopies.

Original certificates submitted during admission will be returned only after successful completion of the course.
