Admission Procedure

1.The application form for registration and admission is enclosed along with the prospectus.

2.The dully filled application from with necessary documents should reach the college office in the scheduled date.

3.Incomplete and incorrect application will be rejected.

4.The Principal and Management reserve the right of admission.

5.The Principal and Management also reserve the right of admission of the present students of the college to the next higher classes.

6.Prescribed fee should be paid at the time of admission.

7.Fee once paid will not be refunded.

8.Admission is provisional and subjected to the approval of RGUHS, Bengaluru/ Board of examining authority, Drug Control Dept, Bengaluru.

9.The following original documents are required to submit at the time of admission along with 5 set of xerox copies

• PUC / Equivalent marks card
• Transfer certificate
• SSLC / Equivalent marks card
• Date of Birth certificate
• Migration certificate
• Eligibility certificate
• SC/ST certificate if necessary
• Six passport photos with name
• Valid student VISA & other documents in case of foreign students

10.For further details students & parents are informed to refer rules and regulations of PCI, AICTE, RGUHS & Govt. of Karnataka

Note: Original certificates should be submitted at the time of admission and they will be returned only after the completion of their course.
