Department of Pharmaceutics

Department of Pharmaceutics teaches about the formulation and process of various conventional and novel drug delivery systems with updated knowledge of Industrial aspects in recent trends and technologies. The department faculties are well experienced and trained to teach both UG and PG students. Highly sophisticated instruments are available for training the students in practical aspects. The students are also enriched with optimization techniques by using DOE software and promoted to publish their research work in Peer reviewed journal and encouraged to attend various conference and seminar. The students are constantly promoted to actively participate in Journal Club, Poster presentation and Project review presentation. The students are allowed to take their project work in various novel drug delivery systems like Carrier mediated drug deliver, Nanotechnology, Mucoadhesive drug delivery system etc., Our faculty have received many research projects funded by various agencies such as RGUHS. The department students and staff together have Published more than 250 Publication of both Review and Research article in Reputed Journals.
