Department of Pharmaceutical Analysis

The Department of Pharmaceutical Analysis is ably supported by excellent infrastructure with sophisticated and modern instruments needed to ensure that undergraduate and postgraduates can utilize the advanced instruments available in central instrument and research lab, which including , UV Spectrophotometer, High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Infra Red Spectrophotometer, High Performance Thin Layer Chromatography, Photo Fluorimeter, Nepheloturbidometer, Flame Photometer. The department will be actively involved in analytical new method development, validation, standardization and stability studies of bulk drug and pharmaceutical formulations.

The department is focused aim of developing pharmacists with sharpened analytical skills that is highly sought after by pharmaceutical industries. The goals envisaged by the department include establishing department industry collaborations and consultancy activities. The department has well experienced faculty.
