Bharathi College of Pharmacy is the Institution with which I have been associated. Today it brings back the fond memories of 32 years when I had the privilege and pleasure to serve this Institution initially as a Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Principal and later as the Director of Health Sciences (BET). It has been a very meaningful journey for Bharathi Education Trust (R) since it was established in 1962. Its contribution to the cause of School and College education has been widely acknowledged today. I fondly and gratefully remember – toiled and sacrificed – to make Bharathi College of Pharmacy and other Health Sciences institutes what it is today.
The institutions has fulfilled its Vision – Mission in imparting value-based solid and holistic collegian by molding the students who will bear the torch of love, and bring about a culture of peace and harmony which our society and country needs today. This website is place to reflect on the past laurels of the college as well as introspect on the planning’s to meet the challenges that lie ahead.
I have been contributing in the development of this institute and bringing various Health Science courses like BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Science), BSc Nursing, Physiotherapy (BPT), BSc in Allied Health Sciences (MLT, MIT, RDT, CCT, OT&AT Courses) and Medical College at Bharathinagar Campus. We have succeeded because of the immense support of the Management, Staffs, and students.
The founder of Bharathi Education Trust(R) our beloved Dr. G Madegowda Sir, the man of vision started this institution keeping in mind to empower the backward rural areas by providing affordable or free education to all.
These were some thoughts that I wished to share with you. Let me congratulate the management, staff and students for your valuable contributions in terms of dedication and commitment to this organization and thank all the benefactors for your generosity in its being and becoming. Finally, I conclude with an inspirational quote from the great philosopher Soren Kierkegaad.
“Life can only be understood backwards; but is must be lived forward”.
